We are delighted to announce the opening of the Call for Papers for the 2026 edition of devops REX — the conference is approaching its 10th anniversary, and our standards remain the same: real-world experience, practical insights, and shareable knowledge.

The basics, and always the essentials. Organisational change, DevOps culture, continuous improvement, performance measurement, change management. Share what has really worked — or not — in your context.

How do you embed security at the heart of your DevOps practices without compromising agility? Methods, incident reports, securing the software supply chain (SBOM, pipeline integrity, dependency management), NIS2/CRA compliance… We’d love to hear your experiences regarding organisational and technical challenges.

FinOps

Cloud bills are skyrocketing, AI is driving up computing costs, and "doing more with less" has become a universal imperative. How did you regain control? Sharing cost responsibility with development teams, optimizing architectures, making trade-offs between performance and budget: we want figures and lessons learned.

Internal Developer Platforms are transforming how teams deliver. But building a good internal platform is as much an organizational challenge as a technical one. Share your architectural choices, your initial mistakes, and the real impact on team productivity.

In both directions. How does AI improve your DevOps practices—intelligent pipelines, autonomous agents, enhanced observability? And how do DevOps practices enable reliable, repeatable, and governed AI deployment? Successes, incidents, safeguards, and lessons learned: that's exactly what we want to hear.

In a rapidly changing geopolitical and regulatory context, what concrete decisions have you made to regain control of your infrastructure, data, and dependencies? Migrations, sovereign architecture choices, responses to new European regulations: share your actual trade-offs.

Day 1 - DevOps

DEVOPS experience feedbacks on aspects of transformation, organizational, change management (similar to the program of previous editions), with increased interest in current topics since the last edition, such as devops in teleworking and the impacts of AI…

Day 2 - DEVSECOPS

DEVSECOPS experience feedbacks on the integration of the security dimension into devops initiatives or the use of methodologies linked to devops within security teams, or even governance, in the broad sense.
