GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE EVENTS

Conference Attendee at DEVOPS REX 2026
9 and 10 December 2026, Porte de Versailles, Paris, Hall 5.2

1.  These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all professional registrations for the DEVOPS REX 2025 Conference organised by Infopro Digital Trade Shows – RCS Créteil 440 290 070 – 20 rue des Aqueducs 94250 GENTILLY (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser’)  on 9 and 10 December 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 5.2, Paris.

REGISTRATION confers upon the registrant the status of “Conference Attendee” and implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions, notwithstanding any other terms and conditions set out in the Conference Attendee’s documents.
These general terms and conditions may be amended at any time at the Organiser’s discretion. Any amendment to these general terms and conditions, as well as to the documents referred to herein, will be communicated to the Delegate upon their first use of the website www.devopsrex.fr (hereinafter the “Website”) following such amendment.

2.  The Conference programme, dates, duration, venue, price and any other specific terms and conditions relating to the Conference are set out on the Website.
Once the maximum number of delegates has been reached, a notice will be posted on the Conference page on the Website.

Registration for the DEVOPS REX 2026 Conference includes the following services per delegate, for 1 or 2 days of the Conference, depending on the package chosen:
o Access to the DEVOPS REX Conference
o Access to the Open Source Experience exhibition and conferences organised in conjunction
o Access to Conference events
o Access to a module for booking meetings with exhibitors
o Coffee breaks (throughout the day) and lunch buffets.
o Access to post-conference conference materials

3  The Conference is reserved for professionals; registrants must provide a company name.
Where the Conference Participant is a natural person acting in the name and on behalf of a legal entity, they guarantee that they are authorised to bind the legal entity for which they are acting financially and legally; that legal entity shall consequently be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In this case, the term ‘Conference Participant’ shall apply to both the natural person and the legal entity, both of whom shall be jointly and severally liable.

4 REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
The delegate undertakes to provide accurate and complete information.
A personal account must be created in order to book appointments with exhibitors.

4.1  General procedure:
The delegate registers directly online via the Website at https://www.devopsrex.fr/fr/inscription
They create a personal account on the page, complete the online registration form with all the requested information and make the payment online by credit card.
By clicking on the “Confirm” button at the end of the registration process, after checking the details of their booking, the Conference Participant confirms their registration for the Conference and declares that they fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The Organiser will then send the delegate, to the email address provided, a summary of their order and a link to their access badge, which serves as confirmation of registration.

4.2  Special Case:
For group registrations (more than 4 people) or in the absence of a corporate credit card, the Delegate shall send a detailed request (number of registrants, choice of package, etc.) to the Organiser at the email address hello@devopsrex.fr. Following review of the request, a quotation may be issued by the Organiser. 
By signing the quotation issued by the Organiser, the delegate confirms their registration for the Conference and declares that they fully and unreservedly accept all the General Terms and Conditions attached to the quotation.
Upon receipt of the signed quotation, the Organiser will issue an invoice for payment by bank transfer. Once payment has been verified, the Organiser will send a special code enabling each registrant to create a personal account on the website https://www.devopsrex.fr/fr/inscription and to complete all the information requested in the registration form in order to obtain their badge.

4.3  Obtaining the badge
The access badge will be issued to the delegate (by email or directly on site) upon full payment of their registration fee.

4. 4    Substitution – Withdrawal by a delegate
· Registration is non-transferable. A registered delegate may be replaced by an employee of their company or organisation, provided that the Organiser is notified in writing (at hello@devopsrex.fr) by 15 November 2026 at the latest.
A delegate’s failure to attend the Conference shall not entitle them to any refund, nor shall attendance at only part of the Conference or a single day thereof.
· Withdrawal
A delegate may withdraw after registration under the following conditions:
- Withdrawal before 15 November 2026: 50% of the order amount will be charged.
- Cancellation on or after 15 November 2025: 100% of the order amount will be charged.

5.  FINANCIAL TERMS

5.1 Fees
a)  The registration fee for the Conference is stated on the Website. The amounts shown are inclusive of all taxes. With the exception of organisations subject to public accounting rules, the fee must be paid in full upon registration.
b)  The Organiser reserves the right to refuse access to the Conference in the event of non-payment in full on the day of the Conference, with the exception of staff from organisations subject to public accounting rules.
c)  By registering several people at the same time, the delegate may benefit from the discounts indicated on the Website, where applicable.
These discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or specific promotional codes.

5.2  Payment methods
Conference participants may pay for their registration using the following methods and in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
· by credit card (CB or VISA) at the time of online registration, by entering their card details and expiry date. Data is encrypted during transmission using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which guarantees the secure transfer of this information.
· only in specific cases as indicated in 4.2, by bank transfer payable to the Organiser, whose bank details are shown on the invoice provided. The bank transfer must include the order reference and be made:
- for registrations up to 8 November 2026, within 4 (four) weeks of registration;
- for registrations from 9 to 27 November 2026, within 8 (eight) days of registration;
- no payments by bank transfer after 27 November 2026.
The registration fee must be paid in full in a single instalment, whether payment is made by bank transfer or credit card.
Once the online payment or bank transfer has been completed and validated by the bank, the delegate will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of their order, along with an invoice.

Any incident, late payment or outstanding amount relating to a previous edition of the Conference shall automatically result in a ban on participation in any other Event, without the need for prior notice from the Organiser, until full payment has been made.

6.  CANCELLATION – POSTPONEMENT OF THE CONFERENCE

6.1  The Organiser may be required to cancel the Conference due to force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code. Restrictive measures and sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union and its Member States, the United States, the United Kingdom and, where applicable, any jurisdiction in which the services are to be provided, shall also be considered as force majeure, regardless of when such measures are implemented.
In such a case, the Delegate’s participation shall be postponed to the next edition of the Conference, which must take place within 12 months.
In the event that postponement is not possible, the Organiser shall refund the Delegate the full amount already paid. The Delegate shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever as a result of this cancellation.

6.2.  In the event that the Organiser is required to cancel a Delegate’s participation on the grounds that the Delegate is a national of a state, a member of an organisation, or is directly or indirectly subject to restrictive measures and sanctions implemented by the United Nations, the European Union and its member states, the United States, the United Kingdom and, where applicable, any jurisdiction in which the training is to take place, at whatever time such cancellation occurs, the Organiser shall reimburse the said Delegate for the full amount of any sums already paid. The Delegate shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever as a result of such cancellation.

7. CONFERENCE ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Access badges are provided with a unique barcode allowing access to the Conference for one person only, for the duration of the badge’s validity. The validity of access badges is checked at the Conference entrance using barcode scanners and before access to the conference hall.
Access badges are:
- sent to the delegate at the end of the registration process and once payment has been successfully made by credit card or bank transfer, via an email inviting them to print their access badge(s) attached to said email in PDF format, using a standard printer (inkjet or laser) via an internet connection.
- collected from the Conference reception on the day of the event

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse access to the Conference in the event of non-payment in full on the day of the event, with the exception of staff from organisations subject to public accounting rules, or of any outstanding amount due from a previous edition of the Conference.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The trademarks, names, graphics, etc. appearing on the Website are the property of the Organiser and/or its partners. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of these elements without the express authorisation of the Organiser is strictly prohibited.

The documents and presentation materials provided to the Delegate during the Conference are the sole property of the Organiser. They are intended for the Delegate’s personal use and for their own purposes exclusively. Their provision during the Conference does not confer any right of reproduction or distribution to third parties, in particular via an intranet or a website.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected by the Organiser in connection with a delegate’s registration for the Conference is processed electronically in accordance with the regulations in force.
This data is intended to be used exclusively for the organisation, promotion and running of DEVOPS REX and any events linked to DEVOPS REX; as such, it will be passed on to JONATHAN CLARKE / REX PRODUCTIONS (RCS Périgueux 881 150 593).

The Organiser and REX PRODUCTIONS may each use this data to send conference attendees proposals to participate in professional events or for products and/or services relevant to their professional activity, as well as to include them in professional directories.
All Conference Participants have the right to access, rectify and object to the data concerning them and may exercise this right by sending a written request to

10.   INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY

10.1   Each Party undertakes to conduct its business with honesty, integrity, reliability and accountability, and expects any natural or legal person associated with it to adhere to the same values.
Consequently, each Party, as well as any third party acting on its behalf, undertakes, within the framework of the Contract, to comply strictly with the laws and regulations in force relating to the fight against corruption.
In particular, each Party undertakes, within the framework of the Contract, not to, directly or indirectly, offer, grant, solicit or receive from a third party any undue advantage with a view to performing, delay or omit to perform an act falling within the scope of its duties in the performance of the Contract, nor to abuse its actual or supposed influence over a third party in order to obtain from that third party a benefit in favour of the other Party.
Each Party also undertakes to provide the other with any assistance that may be necessary to respond to a request from a duly authorised authority relating to the fight against corruption and influence peddling.
Each Party further represents and warrants to the other Party that no sum (including fees, commissions or any other undue pecuniary advantage) or item of value (including, but not limited to, inappropriate gifts, travel, meals or entertainment) has been or will be given, directly or indirectly, to an employee, director or corporate officer of the other Party for the purpose of securing the signing of this Contract or a Purchase Order and/or facilitating its performance or renewal.

10.2   Furthermore, each Party and any third party acting on its behalf undertakes to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to trade sanctions, including restrictive measures and sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union and its Member States, the United States, the United Kingdom and, where applicable, any jurisdiction in which this Agreement is to be performed (collectively hereinafter “Economic Sanctions”).
Each Party hereby represents that neither it nor any third party acting on its behalf (i) is subject to Economic Sanctions; (ii) is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by an entity or person subject to Economic Sanctions; and (iii) is incorporated, located or resident in a country or territory subject to Economic Sanctions.

11.     MISCELLANEOUS

11.1   The Event programme has been drawn up by the Organiser with the utmost care and as accurately as possible. However, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, venue, date and duration should circumstances so require, without the Delegate being entitled to claim any compensation as a result.
The Organiser shall inform the Delegate as soon as possible in the event of any changes and shall use its best endeavours to hold the Event under conditions as close as possible to those originally planned.
11.2 In the event that any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court ruling, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

12.     GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions and the registrations are governed by French law.
Any claim must, under penalty of forfeiture, be made by registered letter with return receipt within 12 months of the relevant Event.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN PROFESSIONALS REGARDING THE FORMATION, INTERPRETATION, PERFORMANCE, OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE COURTS OF THE ORGANIZER’S REGISTERED OFFICE SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION.
THIS CLAUSE SHALL BE SOLE APPLICABLE, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS OR PROCEEDINGS BY PETITION, THIRD-PARTY PROCEEDINGS, OR MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS.

In disputes with Congress Participants classified as consumers under the Consumer Code, the rules of general law shall apply.
