The basics, and always the essentials. Organisational change, DevOps culture, continuous improvement, performance measurement, change management. Share what has really worked — or not — in your context.

Methods, incident reports, securing the software supply chain (SBOM, pipeline integrity, dependency management), NIS2/CRA compliance… We’d love to hear your experiences regarding organisational and technical challenges.

Cloud bills are skyrocketing, AI is driving up computing costs, and "doing more with less" has become a universal imperative. How did you regain control? Sharing cost responsibility with development teams, optimizing architectures, making trade-offs between performance and budget: we want figures and lessons learned.

DEVSECOPS experience feedbacks on the integration of the security dimension into devops initiatives or the use of methodologies linked to devops within security teams, or even governance, in the broad sense.
